'Struggle meals' on HULU and web

I found a fun show on hulu called 'struggle meals', its on the web too. google it. the host tries to make tasty meals for less than $2/plate. great viewing and I've already made a few of the recipes, like bread pudding. lots of video effects from well known cooking shows by Alton Brown and lots of pop culture references make it entertaining and inspirational.
