I can't believe CNN describes him as scruffy in the front page headline :/  Kinda rude!  They should have used 'frugal' instead :)

He lived modestly, hating to spend money or see anything go to waste, a release from Rowell's law firm said.

Haha, I was debating which forum to put it in!  Your choice was probably more accurate now that I think about it, because although this guy was surely a badass, it's not "my badassity" xD
