The forum members here and the MMM site have helped me make some major changes over the past few years. Housing costs cut in half, nearly doubled income, change in transportation habits, learned to invest capital, etc. All of these have had major impacts on life, but for some reason this one just floored me. When reviewing spending on my new CC statement this morning over coffee (home brewed of course), I noticed I had only spent $9.00 on gasoline over the past 31 days.
9 F'en dollars!? All month ... Really? I had to check the stmt three times to make sure I hadn't missed a fill up. This is not something I tried to do, it just happened, business as usual in a normal month. Not only that, but my tank is more than 3/4 full as I write this (I looked because I am going to travel to meet up with family for TG next week). A few years ago that nine bucks represented about a day and a half of commuting. I realize many here are car free and much more awesome, but still.
Thanks all!

Sounds like you found the right information and more important,
you actually put it into use. Often people don't use they information they learn.
Congratulations!
