Who has the best mortgage rates?

Hello, I am moving to the Outer Banks in North Carolina next month and will be looking to purchase a home. I was prequalified through Chase last week for a 30year mortgage at 4.25%. I will be buying sometime in the next 4 months.

Any suggestions on where else to try so I can find a better rate?

Further info I have a 798 credit score and my gf has a 709 credit score. I am hoping our good credit can help us get at least 4% and possibly under.

You really need to shop around yourself to find that one. Mortgage brokers are more likely to be helpful with comparison shopping than banks or big mortgage companies.
