Title: Where to get all the various forms for selling your home FSBO

I'm thinking here of disclosure statements, purchase agreements, counter offer forms, etc etc. I see U.S. Legal sells a package (http://www.uslegalforms.com/realestate/?auslf=sellmyhousefsbo) for $50. Is that a reasonable deal? I have no point of reference. Thanks!

We sold our house FSBO in June.

We used a local agent to handle everything once we had an offer- for a 1% fee instead of 3%.  For us that 1% was well worth it- we were able to do everything electronically, he worked with the title company for us, scheduled everything, was a notary, etc. 

I am sure we could have figured it out ourselves, but like I said, for us 1% was good peace of mind that everything would go smoothly.
