What sites do you use to market your rental properties?

I posted a new town home today on Zillow, Trulia, Hot Pads and Craigslist.

What do you recommend to get in front of the most eye balls?

I just use Zillow, which automatically syndicates to both Trulia and Hotpads. I had posted on Craigslist in the past, but in my target demographic** Zillow/Trulia/Hotpads seem to be the preferred over Craigslist.

I use Zillow and Craigslist, like you did. Those are best bets. I also have a niche site in my college town for rentals that gets a lot of eyeballs.

Do a google search "house for rent [your town]" to see if any other sites pop up. That is how I found my niche site,
