US bank HELOC denied - why?

Hi my HELOC application was denied due to “Value or type of collateral is not sufficient.” What does that mean?

Probably LTV ratio too high on whatever property you were trying to HELOC, but really you are going to have to call USBank, nobody here is going to be able to tell you.
