Trust Deed Investing?
« on: November 16, 2017, 12:48:02 AM »
Hey all,

For those of you who have invested or are actively investing in trust deeds, I wanted to get your thoughts and opinions on the matter.

I started reading about it and it *sounds* like a nice and more passive way to get involved in real estate investing without the hands-on.

JDawg,

I recommend you visit the website called "Bigger Pockets"....  or biggerpockets.com....

It has sub forums devoted to many aspects of RE investing including note investing...  The people who post there have greatly varied experience and skill levels.  I recently listened to a podcast where the guest was a note investor.  It was a very good interview and I am sure anyone considering such an investment would benefit from listening....  I think you can access the podcasts without becoming a paid subscriber to BP..  Even if you can not the various forums are accessible to non members.  Enjoy!

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
