Title Insurance

I just bought a property on auction.  Do I want a standard title policy or an enhanced title policy and why?

I advise you to buy enhanced title insurance, cause it  provides automatic increases so that you are covered for more than what you originally paid for the property. In turn, standard insurance policy will only pay for the original cost.
