Hi, a cell tower company has reached out to my family and is interested in potentially building a 200' monopole cell tower, footprint is 80'x80', on our farm. I'm planning to explore this option, it's not great money, but might be nice additional income. Does anyone have any experience with cell tower leases on their land? Thanks.
