Hello- I was a longtime reader before ever joining the forums.
I am a veteran who lives in Texas. There is a program that will allow me to purchase $100K property for 5% down.
Here is the thing, I would like to buy a piece of property within the 100K price range and have it earn value for me, but I don't know anything about farming, or hunting, or any of the other things Texans love to do with their land.
I am looking into timber "farms" in east Texas but the return is slow any feedback would be great!
