Hi all:

I'm wondering what software or system each of you use to manage your rental income, expenses, repairs, etc.  What would you recommend for tracking up to 10 different properties?

I'm a nYNAB user, and I'm sure I can get by with that, but not sure if there is some standard program that most people utilize.

Thanks in advance!

Quicken Rental Property Manager... It's Quicken... but with the windows and dialog boxes relabeled for a landlord.

This is what I've been using for my 10 rentals for the past 6 years. Works pretty well. Does cost around $150 and Quicken forces you to upgrade every 3 years even though they really don't add any new features.

I do like that I can link easily to my bank account to match rent deposits to each property (although I need to have bank enter each check as a separate deposit).

Quickbooks pro is very, very useful and not too painful to use. We have used it for about 12 years at least to run a small batch of rental properties (32 units now).

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
