In 2010 I bought my first investment property for $9300. It was a 2bd/1ba solid little house being sold at a sheriff sale. My father had been buying houses in the neighborhood and I was excited to join him. Now a decade later a lot has changed: I've lost my business partner (dad died a few years ago) and the housing market has recovered. So when the house became vacant again, it seemed like a good idea to get out. We listed it at $54,900 and it sold in days. It's a bitter sweet feeling. I'm happy a family is moving in.
So far in the past year, I've sold 2 properties, 8 to go.

Congrats on your recent sells. Sounds like you will be selling all of your rentals.
Right now appears as good as any to be selling.
