Loans for Non Owner Investment Properties

Well typical, at the very last moment the Mortgage company came back and said that Fannie Mae changed their lending Guidelines so I c an no longer refinance my condo that I own our right. Does anyone know of a Cash back program for Non owner occupied property?

No, but have you checked into a home equity line of credit instead?
