RentMonitor
« on: November 21, 2016, 03:47:06 PM »
I was really enjoying using this platform to collect rents, track payments, and act as a portal for tenant/landlord use.  I logged in today to discover that they ceased operations on 11/19.  Now I have no way to electronically collect rents for the December 1 payment.

Anyone have any easy, and fast acting collection software or platforms?  We have about fifty tenants over all properties.

I only have one unit, but I looked briefly at Rentalutions.  Unfortunately, you pay per number of units.

Whoa that is disappointing...a little advanced notice would have been nice eh?

I don't use them but have heard good things about cozy.co

Small reprieve - they are taking deposits until Dec 16.

We have switched to Buildium which I am not thrilled with, but don't have any other options.  Cozy is free I believe but I don't trust it with this many properties and commercial tenants.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
