Tenant Leasing Parking Space
« on: December 10, 2015, 02:53:54 PM »
Hi, My tenant wants to rent out his parking space in the condo building to another resident.  I don't have any real issue with it, and am glad he asked beforehand.  Are there liability issues?  Should I rent it out and discount his rent?  Any advice?

In my opinion, let the tenant do the work (find someone who wants to rent the parking space, collect the money, deal with the hassle of non-payment, etc) and collect what he can.  You keep collecting the rent from the tenant.

I agree with this. One less headache for you.
