We had our roof replaced this week, which was absolutely necessary and not a diy project for us. When the roofers were done they informed us that we would need to repair stucco that was damaged in the roof job…. They cracked the stucco on our exterior porch roof in a few places.
So here’s my question: is that something that should be financially on me? Is there anything I can do to push back with the roofing company or do I have to eat this? I checked the contract, and thre is language that exempts them from cracks and damage to the interior, but not to the exterior stucco or walls.
