VA refinance at 2.25%

I was quoted 2.25% today for a 30 year, with 1.5 points total after paying an extra .5 points to drop .25% on the rate, for a 30 year VA Streamline (or IRRRL). If you have a VA loan, I got the rate through loanunited.com after going through Navy fed, Pen fed, USAA, Quicken, and a few others for rates. I expect to be done closing in 2 weeks.

Nice. I've only used USAA recently, and have been happy with them.
