property management in Denver

Looking for a recommendation for a property management company in Denver for a multi-unit property. Or, if you don't have a specific recommendation, what questions should I ask when I call to interview property managers?
Thanks!

I think it's a good idea to try to get a recommendation from another person who has had a good experience with a property management company. As a tenant and a landlord, it is my personal opinion that you get more shitty management companies in strong rental markets.
