Hi all:
I agreed to develop a potential curriculum for a "mastermind" or peer-to-peer development group for mid-level, highly educated commercial real estate professionals for an alumni program I'm part of. Folks could be finance, architects, lawyers, developers, brokers, engineers, whatever. So it's mostly about the industry itself, and then also professional development and career issues.
Does anyone have ideas about successful mastermind programs or suggestions on reading materials or exercises? Bonus points if it's things that are reasonably short like a Harvard Business Review article rather than an entire book, or a 20-30 minute video on Youtube. Looking for things that are high-level and somewhat academic, not Rich Dad / Poor Dad and Tony Robbins type stuff. (Though I actually think they can add value in their own ways, that's not the goal or target market here.)
