What is Your Credit Check Resource?
« on: May 16, 2016, 05:38:04 AM »
What service does everyone use to run credit scores? Everything I have found usually wants a monthly fee and is geared towards bigger companies. I would be running 20 or so credit checks per year.

Also what's your best Tennant screening tool? Proof of income? Prior landlord? Magical Tennant vetting wand?

I use Mr. Landlord.  It is $10/check; no monthly fee.  There is a fee to have someone come check to see that you have a locking file cabinet and a shredder, but that is one-time and required by law.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
