88% primary residence and 12% rental (tax question)

My primary home in 2019 became a rental on October 18. This is 44 days rental (12%) and 321 days as a primary residence (88%).
If I made 10K of repairs to convert it to a rental, do I get 10K of tax deductions or do I get 12% of 10K?
