If anyone here is making some extra cash through AirBnB, it's important to understand your state laws regarding tenant's rights.

In Florida, it is my understanding that no matter what language you put in a lease, if it contravenes state law or the landlord/tenant act, the landlord will lose in court.

Whoah.  That's all kinds of crazy.

Odds are slim that it'd happen, but if/when it does... yikes.
I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
If you want to know more about me, this Business Insider profile tells the story pretty well.

Thanks for the link.  Very interesting read.  No updates for a few weeks.  Wonder when her court date is.
