Hello!
I'm fairly new to this board so please excuse me if this has been discussed. Does anyone have experience with more passive real estate options such as real estate crowdfunding, REITs, end-to-end management companies (e.g. Home Union, Roofstock, etc.)? I would love to diversify my investment portfolio but am not looking to be an active landlord.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
