Hey folks!
I'm looking for a sample tenant agreement for an owner-occupied roommate situation. Nothing super-complicated, but most of the stuff I've found doesn't cover some of the specifics you might want in a tenant agreement that's more a roommate situation than a owner-occupied duplex or off-site. I know some mustachians have roommate tenants. Willing to share?
