The SO and I had a wonderful thought as what we'd like to retire doing in 8-15 years and I'd like to collect the resources and start reading up on it now so I'm in a comfortable, strategic position when I'm ready to pull the trigger (or so we can decide if it's a plausible idea for us).
What resources would you recommend for learning about and reading up on land lording and running a small bed and breakfast? I grabbed The Automatic Millionaire Homeowner by David Bach from MMM's book recommendations already.
We'd like to run a hobbiest-sized winery(brewery? we haven't gotten that far - alcohol making) bed and breakfast and own some additional rental properties as well. Ultimate goal is to live off the proceeds from these ventures and allow the big investments to continue to build without us dipping into it (or even better - with us continually adding to it even though we're retired!).
Thanks!
