Title: Need recommendation for property management in San Antonio, TX

Hello Texan mustachians,
I have a small 3 unit apartment buiding in Sunny Slope part of the town (ZIP 78210). Unfortunately, my property manager doesn't do very good job. It took her basically 2 months to get quotes from contractors (while units are sitting vacant) and 1/4 of all water bills are paid late.
So I think I need to change the management.
Do you have any good property management companies in mind?
