Need a Mentor

I am interested in starting a tiny home community in my area. I have worked with my city government some and they are on board with the idea. I also started a Facebook page for the idea and petitioned 1100+ followers over a weekend. I live in a small town so that's a feat.

I need to figure out next steps. I need someone with real estate development (multi-family) experience to help me out. How have you partnered with mentors in real estate before? Is there anyone on the forums who is looking to provide mentorship by a chance?

I'm trying to accomplish a dream of mine, but would greatly enjoy doing so with the wisdom of someone by my side (virtually/physically).

Suggest you seek out someone with experience with mobile home parks.  Although I realize that's not how *I* envision a tiny house community, the zoning, utilities, and other regulatory issues are probably very similar.
