As the title says, where do you think property is currently undervalued, which cities/ countries etc.?

Nowhere. Properties are currently selling at what the local market will tolerate.

Perhaps you are trying to figure out where the next gentrification or snowbirdification site will be?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! This is a joke right?!

Maybe we should change this title too where are properties insanely overvalued?!

I wish I knew, I wish I could even find a an asset class that is undervalued. Nothing within 100 miles of me makes any sense. Stuff I see getting bought up at crazy prices every week. Either I am totally out of touch at valuing property, or there are. It is mutually exclusive.

With a bull market this long and full employment, pretty much everything that can be bought will cost more.

Particularly if the full cost of the item is described in monthly payments.

I know where you can get some cheap property, but there are few jobs and it’s fairly rural (central NC).   Even at current prices, it doesn’t make sense to buy and rent because...few jobs.

I have some great undervalued land that I'm trying to sell.  ;)

It's waterfront vacant lake lots.  After you build homes on them they'll be worth 3 times what I'm asking.  It's a hot market.

There are Rust Belt and Appalachian and New England places where you can get houses for cheap and rent them for a profit... for now. They tend to be places with declining population and no jobs, so in the medium to long term, you're taking a big risk. And you probably should expect to never be able to sell them, let alone see any appreciation.

In decent places that people want to live in the US, there are no "undervalued" houses out there right now.

Ohio. Specifically Springfield and Dayton. I have a few rentals there. I would be lucky to get $15,000 for one specific house. Tried to sell a duplex for $30,000, no takers. Great occupancy rates but rough tenants and a rough neighborhood. Others in better locations are still cheap in comparison to the rest of the country. I hope things turn around, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.
