Longtime lurker, first time poster! I'm a new landlord, renting my former residence in Alabama. Do any Mustachians have rentals in AL, and if so, are there any insurance providers that you've had good experience with? I'm encountering some trouble with things that were not issues when it was a residence but now suddenly are. They're minor, and fixed easily enough, but I'm not particularly impressed with the level of service I've received in response to simple inquiries and the like.
