Title: Land lease

Curious if anyone has experience with these?

Property I’m considering has a relatively small land lease but I don’t know what to except in terms of increases. How often and by how much.

I looked into this further and it seems really hard to get a handle on what might cause a land lease to increase and by how much. For me this is to big an unknown for a long term investment so I’m out.

Maybe short sighted but don’t feel comfortable with it right now

If anyone has different experiences I’m all ears.
