Title: Investor friendly real eastate brokers
Post by: yorkville on November 26, 2013, 10:37:28 PM
Anyone worked with investor friendly real estate brokers?

Basically, I am looking to become licensed in several states that I am interested in acquiring properties. So, I need to sign up with a real estate broker that will offer 100% agent commission and in exchange of a monthly "desk" rental fee from me. As I will be buying properties for myself and a small group of investors only, I will not need support from the broker in terms of marketing etc. A google search shows that this is a popular arrangement in Florida. But in other states, such brokers only offer 100% agent commission to experienced real estate agents.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like you need to start calling brokers in your area and discussing with them what you're looking for.  I'd bet you'll find some.

From my experience, Keller Williams offices might be a good place to start.
