Apologies if the answer lives somewhere on the forum already, I didn’t find it. On the CO regulatory website I did not see any requirement to “hang your license” with a broker for two years before practicing independently but I heard there was a requirement when I thought about getting a license a few years back. Have things changed? I just want to pass the exam to do a couple purchase transactions for myself that would make it well worth it. Thank you
