Title: HELOC Basics Questions - And Looking for Recomendations

I'm looking at getting a HELOC to dump some $ into stocks right now.

1. Any recomendations on the best place to get one? I'd rather not just apply with a bunch of random banks to shop rates.
2. What sort of rate can I expect. I'd like to be under 5%. Very good credit score.
3. What are the fees? Up front? annual?
