Hi there,

I’m looking for a roommate in a very gentrified, expensive neighborhood in Los Angeles. I was hoping to find someone who is a member of the movement. My place is extremely under market and rent stabilized. The appliances and carpeting haven’t been updated in over 10 years. There are a lot of high-paying jobs for millennials in my neighborhood, and that’s why I thought to reach out to the group somehow. Thank you for any ideas on how to be in touch with the right people.

Just be very particular in your income and asset requirements, income no more than 60x the rent and assets more than 600x the rent. That should weed out both the mega earners and the undersavers.
