So I’ll be selling my house in Florida soon that I bought in 2012 and will walk away with a substantial amount of equity. Going to be moving the family back to North Georgia and Co- living with my parents for the next year in a rental. In that time I’d like to establish a flipping business for the main fact that between myself and my wife my dad and my mom we have a lot of experience in rehabbing houses. I’ve basically grown up from rehab house to rehab house and my parents will be retiring this year so between my equity and theirs we will have access to a good amount of capital. Is there someone here in the north Georgia area that can point me in the right direction of a good farm area with good ROI, a growing population, good job growth, and that has a real estate market that’s not too saturated where the spread in price between distressed homes and move in ready homes is good percentages
