Title: Generic Contract Language
Post by: PloddingInsight on July 03, 2014, 08:24:12 AM
It looks like we may be selling our condo without a real estate agent on either side.  Yay for cutting out the middle man, but I need a blank contract of sale to fill out.  Is this something you can just pull off of the internet?

The contract for our offer to buy the new place is copyrighted by the real estate agency.  Could I get in trouble for using the exact same language as that one?

Actually it sounds like my attorney is willing to do this.  I guess that answers it.  I will leave the post in place in case someone is searching for an answer to the same question.
