Hi MMMs,
We are currently putting in bids for our first home but is overwhelmed by the number of lenders out there. Does anyone have any recommendations for a lender in Chicago? We have been pre-qualified at Wells Fargo but haven't had a chance to meet with other banks yet. I've heard Wells Fargo's rates are high. Any recommendations would be appreciated. We are putting down 20% so no PMI.
