I'm offering high-end waterfront lake lots. The supply of vacant waterfront lots here is tight, so it seems like the only issue to discuss is "price". So, why add 6% to the only issue, right?
I've placed signs & info box at the lots & around the main street in the neighborhood (weekends only permitted). Shared the surveys & info with a lot of local realtors & builders. Posted them on Zillow, Craigslist, and Nextdoor. I just started last Saturday & interest has been very strong so far.
I'm just wondering if there are any other free forms of advertising that I've missed?
