Title: Fort Myers leads nation in rent increases

I recently listed my rental for 1400/month in Fort Myers, FL (August) and I was going to pay for lawn service. I ended up getting multiple over bids and rented it for 1600 and tenants mow the lawn. I underestimated the market and was a bit surprised. However, I just found an article stating that Fort Myers, FL lead the nation in rent increases last year. Now everything makes a little more sense.
