http://www.hardworkingpenguin.com, which I have done some DIY myself - which I do it for fun as you may soon realize sometimes a lot of work is better left with experienced types or else you will be wasting a lot of time. If you enjoy it, then it is not a waste of time. It really depends.

http://www.123flip.com as these two are very experienced rehabbers and they do go into a lot of details in what they do. Tom Tarrant is more of a high end rehabber and J Scott at 123flip does a lot of bankowned stuff which I think falls more in your ballpark.
