Does Landlord Insurance Make Sense for Airbnb?

Would you need landlord insurance if you ran an Airbnb? Airbnb is still a fairly new phenomenon and not accepted everywhere. I actually read an article of an elderly woman who NY came after for running an illegal Airbnb. So what precautions should interested parties take? Is it worth pursuing landlord insurance and is the cost worth it?

Alas, (most) landlord insurance won't cut it for Airbnb. You want commercial bed & breakfast insurance.
