Any recommendations for a good Software for Management?

Anyone have a recommendation for good Software for Management?

Just looking for basics, like invoicing clients, paying contractors, collecting rent, etc.

I like Quicken Rental Property Manager...

P.S. Conflict of interest rules require me to point out I wrote "Quicken for Dummies"....
