Las Vegas house for rent

Hi Folks -

Just curious if there are any fellow Mustachians out there in need of housing in Las Vegas.  I have a house (3bd, 2.5 bth) available for rent.  I don't live in LV and currently have a property management company.  I am willing to work with a Mustachian on the monthly rent since I won't have to go through the property management (who currently charges 10%) and if the Mustachian knows a thing or two about pool maintenance, rent can be lowered even a little more (I currently pay for pool maintenance).

What area of town, what square footage, and how much is the rent and deposit?

And, of course, let me know if you want to sell. I'm looking to buy in Vegas. ;)

Its near W. Cheyenne and N. Durango right off of a golf course.  No HOA, which is key.  No plans on selling!

Probably about 2000 sq ft., 3 bd, 2.5 bth...there is obviously a pool too.  Great location, great place.

I've seen your threads before and it looks like you have rentals in LV.  Do you manage properties other than your own?

I've rented it in the past no problem (vacancy is usually every two year for about two weeks).  Rent has been $1650, but will be lower for a Mustachian family (where I don't have to deal with property management or pool guy).

Nice.  I'll keep my ears open for you.  I have 100% occupancy right now, so if I get any tenant leads, I'll pass them your way.

Can't.  Nevada law saws you have to be a real estate agent to manage properties that you do not own (thus all loopholes relate to that - sell 1% interest in a property to someone so they can manage it. But basically the spirit of the law requires licensing.)

And let me know if you change your mind about selling, I pay above market prices. :D
