Title: Cleveland property managers

Hi everyone,

I've got a few rental houses in Cleveland, OH and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good property management company there. I live in Seattle so it's hard to gauge their business practices by phone. My current manager stinks and is costing me money! Thanks for the help!

I can't recommend personally but James Wise seems to maintain a decent reputation on BP.  It would be worth your time to give him a call and discuss.

This is the deal with PMs, especially in that area.  Very, very, very hard to find a decent one.  If I was you I'd jump on BP, network with local investors (especially if they self manage), and maybe even see if they would manage for you.  Take a trip to meet them, buy them a beer, and pick the brain.  It will save you money in the long run!
