Canadian mortgages. Where are the best rates?

Does anyone have experience with alternative lenders you can find on Ratehub?

2.52% fixed for five years with CanWise Financial is better than 2.99% offered by the big 5 banks.

I’d be interested if they also cover rental properties. THX

I’ve only ever had experience having a mortgage/HELOC with TD or CIBC.

Based on the crickets I am hearing my guess is most of you are the same.

I'd be curious if anyone has some input on this also.

Canwise is one in particular i've looked at for an upcoming house purchase given their rates.
