Hi all,

Need to buy an investment property (duplex or triplex) in Cleveland, OH, where I don't currently live. Have to find a realtor. Not sure where to start, so I thought I'd just holler into the void here and see if anyone can recommend someone?

Also if you have people/companies to recommend against, that too would be valuable.

Or if you have any other 2 cents to share about finding a realtor out of state, I'm listening.
