Hi, we have a single family home in the north of Seattle which has been rented to the same tenant for the last several years. We've been lucky as they've been great tenants and we've been able to self manage, but as we are out of the country we're looking to get an agent involved in finding a new tenant and managing the property going forward.
We've also had plenty of bad experiences with rental agencies so would really appreciate any recommendations - or indeed suggestion of companies to avoid.
I tried posting this question on bigger pockets but it got deleted as spam as apparently asking for recommendations counts as advertising in their eyes - I can kind of understand if they have had bad experience of people using recommendation requests for shilling but would love to get some real world input.
I realise this may not sound like the most mustachian thing but living thousands of miles away in a different time zone it seems like a reasonable price for peace of mind
