I'm getting ready to do my first 1031 exchange, trading a Chicago property for something closer to home (Colorado). I am considering signing up with Equity Advantage which runs 1031exchange.com to take care of the exchange for me. Has anyone had any experience with them? They quoted me $1000 for a simple condo - for - condo swap, which seems reasonable (is it?). If anyone here has and advice, recommendations, or experience please send me a PM or post here. Thanks!
