BC's list is the National list.  "[t]he offender’s information is contained in the National Sex Offender Registry which is a database maintained by the RCMP. The database is not open to the public and cannot be used by police for public notifications." https://www2.gov.bc.ca/gov/content/justice/criminal-justice/sex-offender-registry
